ServiceNow Tester, Part-Time

Speridian Technologies is seeking a part-time ServiceNow Tester!

This is for our client, a State of CA Agency.

You can work remotely anywhere in the USA as long as you can work Pacific time hours.

Job Duties :

• Design, develop, and execute Automated Test Framework (ATF) tests.
• Create and maintain clear test cases, test data, and traceability to requirements.
• Validate UI / UX behavior, accessibility basics, and responsiveness across channels (portal / workspace / native).
• Perform functional, regression, and smoke testing across CSM / ITSM / PSDS flows and ESC Pro, Government Service portal experiences.
• Document defects with reproducible steps; collaborate with dev / product for timely closure.
• Report testing status, risks, and coverage; contribute to UAT support.
