The Opportunity :

As a Weekend Warehouse Lead, you will be a key contributor to the start up and day to day operations of our fulfillment center, working with a team to drive operational efficiency and employee engagement.

In this role you will…

• Work with Operations Supervisors to ensure deliverables are being achieved
• Work collaboratively with all team leads to support inventory counts, product moves and management and maintaining accurate supply and equipment levels
• Communicate openly and in a timely fashion regarding any issues involving inventory, staff or facilities
• Provide ongoing training and development for all warehouse associates
• Finding creative solutions for day-to-day operational challenges
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment ensuring policies and procedures are followed
