MedEx Ambulance is accepting applications for a highly motivated and clinically qualified Recruiter to advance its already growing team. The EMS Recruiter works with the Operations Manager to achieve the following job goals :

• Attend EMS recruiting events such as career fairs, graduations, and special events.
• Updating recruitment websites, social media, and participating in professional networking.
• Pre-employment screening, job interviews, and making offers of employment.
• Implement new recruitment strategies
• Ensure compliance with State & Federal hiring laws
• Organize incoming candidates into appropriate onboarding programs
