A company is looking for a Service Desk Tech Level 2.
Key Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service to internal employees
Process support request tickets and meet target SLA's within the service desk
Assist in managing and tracking digital assets and user accounts across various systems
Required Qualifications
Relevant associate degree or 2+ years' experience in a related field
Ability to pass a Level 2 Background Screening
Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
Strong understanding of Windows Operating systems and standard O365 applications
Basic network troubleshooting skills and understanding of TCP / IP addressing
