Join FLIK in Johnston, RI. As the Director of Dining Services, you will oversee the daily operations of a high-volume corporate dining account in Johnston, RI. In this role, you will lead and manage a team of associates, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure the delivery of high-quality food and exceptional service. Additional responsibilities include :

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests, and clients as well as other departments
• Work with the Chef and management team in creating menus and providing top-quality food
• Oversee all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account
• Roll out new culinary programs
