The TSO Manager will lead and support buy-side and sell-side tax due diligence engagements for private equity firms, mezzanine funds, and strategic buyers. The Manager will play a key role in due diligence meetings with target management, effectively communicating findings in both verbal and written formats. In addition to conducting tax structuring engagementssuch as cash flow modeling, organizational restructuring, and complex tax analysesthey will design tailored models and reports to meet client needs. As well as oversee engagement operations, including team scheduling, budget management, and risk mitigation, ensuring timely and efficient project execution. Building and maintaining strong client relationships will be essential, as will collaborating with internal teams to drive business growth. Additionally, they will contribute to staff development and mentorship while participating in business development initiatives to expand the practice.
