As they scale into a new 40,000 sq. ft. facility, they're expanding their leadership team with a hands-on Sterile & Non-Sterile Compounding R&D Manager to lead formulation development across sterile, non-sterile, and hazardous product lines.

Requirements & Qualifications
PharmD, BS in Pharmacy, or advanced degree in Chemistry / Formulation Science preferred5+ years of compounding experience (sterile & non-sterile), including 2+ years in formulation / R&D leadershipIn-depth knowledge of USP , , , FDA guidelines, and cGMP standardsProven expertise in formulation development, stability studies, potency testing, and regulatory documentationTrack record of working with multiple product types - not just a small product linePrior compounding pharmacy experience is required; big pharma-only candidates are not a fitMust Haves
