As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned retail and mall areas, helping to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence and regular patrols. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergencies when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the retail and mall environment.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including both the business interior and surrounding perimeter, to help to deter unwanted activity.

Maintain a visible presence to help to deter theft, vandalism, and / or other unwanted behavior.

Report and document any unusual incidents, hazards, or suspicious activities observed during patrols.

Collaborate with other Allied Universal personnel and site staff as needed to address site needs and contribute to a positive visitor experience.

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 21 years of age. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
