Job Description

Manage carrier performance and develop plan. Oversee the operational schedule and update carrier invoices in the management system. Issue AR / AP invoices and send them to customers, while also analyzing revenue and profit on a weekly and monthly basis.

Brokerage management , seek and onboard new carriers to support to prepare RFPs, execute load schedules, and evaluate carrier performance while monitoring market trends.

transportation operations , manage the OTR schedule, maintain daily tracking reports to ensure on-time deliveries to warehouses and customers, and handle transportation claims through closure.

billing management , I oversee all incoming carrier invoices, generate AR / AP invoices using SAP B1, collect bills of lading and proof of delivery, and resolve any invoice discrepancies. For P&L analysis , I analyze AR / AP / GP weekly and monthly, update rate charts when needed, notify customers of changes, and communicate with the customer service team.
