Program Mgmt. & Disaster Services Sr. Proposal Coordinator

We are currently searching for an experienced Senior Proposal Coordinator to support our Program Management & Disaster Services Group nationwide.

What you’ll be doing :

• Assisting the team with winning new business by supporting the proposal development process.
• Developing, writing, editing, and proofreading, presentations, project descriptions, staff resumes, and marketing collateral.
• Applying creativity and strategic insight while leading brainstorming, storyboarding, and other strategy development sessions.
• Updating information in project descriptions / resumes / proposals / qualifications for the firm’s database.
• Work with graphic designers on covers, page layouts, and other graphic elements.
• Preparing teams for presentations and client interviews.
• Conduct market research and identify new opportunities / projects for Volkert
• Participate and may coordinate industry events and conferences to represent Volkert across all client bases and increase Volkert’s brand recognition
• Know winning strategies
• Know project approaches
