As the Golf Course Snack Stand Attendant, your responsibilities will be to provide excellent guest service while ensuring the comfort stations are clean, stocked, and well-maintained, including assisting with amenities, preparing and serving food and beverages, supporting facility operations, and upholding safety and hospitality standards.

Guest Service
- Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting members and guests with questions, requests, or concerns regarding comfort station amenities.
 - Serve and sell adult beverages responsibly and prepare food or snack items in line with safe food-handling practices.
 - Create a welcoming environment by maintaining a professional appearance, positive attitude, and courteous communication at all times.
 
Facility Upkeep & Cleanliness
Maintain a clean, orderly, and well-stocked comfort station throughout the day, including beverages, condiments, and other guest supplies.Ensure outdoor areas surrounding comfort stations remain neat, safe, and free of debris.Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks to support health and safety standards, following established checklists.Properly shut down facilities at the end of the day by turning off utilities and securing equipment.Operations & Support
Monitor the overall condition of the facility, reporting and addressing maintenance needs promptly.Assist with the setup and upkeep of comfort station amenities, ensuring all refreshments, supplies, and small equipment are ready for use.Track inventory levels and communicate restocking needs in a timely manner.Participate in required staff meetings and trainings, including those focused on safety and operations.Support the team by performing additional property duties as requested by the supervisor.Requirements :
2 years' experience in full-service restaurant (preferred).Must be a minimum of 18 years old (required).Current TN ABC license or ability to renew or obtain license (required).High School Diploma (preferred).Knowledge / Skills / Abilities :
Ability to manage time well.Must be willing to work weekend, holiday, and evening shifts.Understanding of restaurant etiquette.Familiarity with health and safety regulations.Excellent track record of communication skills working as a team player.Strong organizational skills with the multiple dining tables and bar seating.Ability to improvise and make decisions based on business or guest needs.Physical Requirements : Must be able to bend, stoop, climb stairs, twist, kneel, lift, push, and pull items weighing 55lbs. Must be able to stand and continuously move throughout the workday. Must be willing to work outdoors and be comfortable in varying weather.
