Primary Care Physician opportunity in Flagstaff, AZ (PART TIME)

Excellent Part time Physician opportunity providing primary care to patients in skilled nursing and rehab facilities. Our physicians play a key role in the interdisciplinary team. The physician works closely with pharmacists on medication management including reduction and reconciliation as necessary, they complete all federally mandated visits including initial H&Ps, Medicare required visits, and acute and follow up visits as medically necessary.
