Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with customers to determine the best integration approach during pre-sales
Meet deadlines for solution delivery in partnership with Implementation Managers and stakeholders post-sales
Design, build, and deploy applications using SDKs, libraries, and APIs integrated with contact center platforms
Required Qualifications
Experience with Contact Center / Customer Experience platforms (e.g., AWS Connect, Genesys, Five9)
Proficiency with APIs, SDKs, AWS, Git, and coding in Go, Python, and JavaScript
Strong organizational skills to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
Consultative approach to problem-solving and relationship building with technical stakeholders
Blend of sales enthusiasm and technical confidence
