ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Accurately and thoroughly document the patient’s care observations, interventions, and evaluation onthe day services are rendered.

Provide nursing services within the scope of practice authorized by the license issued by the state for a Registered Nurse.

Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and / or potential nurse diagnoses.

Records all clinical and progress notes and enters them into the patient's permanent record files.

Plan of care reevaluated needs and revised plan of care as necessary.

Responsible for the clinical record of each patient receiving nursing care.

All LPN duties related to home health care

Requirements :

Vaild LPN license in the state of Florida

Level 2 Background Check with AHCA

Professional Liability Insurance

Vaild Driver's License

Proof of Citizenship

Social Security Card

COVID-19 Vaccination Card

CPR / BLS Certification

Ongoing in-service education

Ability to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours

Bilingual is preferred

Personal reliable transportation
