Job descriptionAssign work, train employees, and monitor quality and productivity Ensure safety compliance and resolve safety concerns Maintain accurate records, enforce work rules, and support morale Coordinate workflow across departments to ensure efficient production Recommend improvements in manufacturing methods and processes Communicate effectively with engineering, other shifts, and leadership 5+ years in manufacturing / fabrication 3+ years in supervisory / management 3+ years with Microsoft Office 2+ years with ERP systems Basic welding (preferred) Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, blueprint reading, and workstations setup Strong leadership, communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to supervise in a union environment 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee assistance program Flexible schedule Flexible spending account Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Tuition reimbursement Vision insurance
