Overview

Custodial Worker I – Part-Time (25-27 hours per week) will include evenings, Saturdays, and periodic shifts between all buildings.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of housekeeping tasks and occasional minor maintenance during assigned shifts.
• Inspect and maintain bathrooms, paper goods, garbage pails, and room setups as needed.
• Mop, wax, polish, and strip floors.
• Dust and polish furniture, bookcases, paneling, and light fixtures.
• Wash windows, walls, and woodwork as needed.
• Participate in special projects, including thorough cleaning, moving furniture, and minor repairs.
• Perform painting as necessary.
• Conduct seasonal outdoor maintenance, such as snow shoveling and grounds cleanup.
• Carry out related duties as required.

Qualifications

The entry-level annual salary is $22.18.
