Position Overview :

We are seeking a Production Supervisorto join our dynamic team in Mount Pleasant Texas. You will play a crucial role in leading monitoring and supervising our employees to achieve organizational goals. Key Responsibilities :

To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The duties listed below are representative of the essential functions qualifications physical demands and the work environment encountered in this position.

• Day-to-Day Management of Operations in ourProduction area ensuring smooth operations of our Harvest and Packing area. Must monitor production for efficiency and that all safety practices are being followed and maintained.
• Perform necessary pre-operation activities to ensure proper equipment startup and operations on multiple pieces of equipment is done.
• Communicate with team members and support teams to ensure continuous production of the product at high quality levels with minimal wasted time and materials.
• Ability to train others on operations and functions of the equipment
• Collect and enter data
