Well established out patient Medical Center is seeking a Family Practice physician to add to their growing staff.
This health organization has both primary care and specialty physicians on staff.

Services provided are Adult and Family Medicine, Behavior Health, Dentistry, Family Planning, OB|Gyn and Midwifery, Pediatrics, Pharmacy and a walk-in wellness clinic.

They have several offices in the Chicago proper areas as well as Western suburbs.

They offer flexible schedules of either
4-10hr shifts or 5-8hr shifts
Reasonable patient volume
