Responsibilities Work in a Level 1 trauma, stroke, and bariatric center Patient population includes ER, inpatients, and outpatients with a wide variety of cases Frequent surgery cases including orthopedic, neuro, and occasional vascular procedures Use GE OEC C-arms and Medtronic O-arm for spine surgery cases 3x12 hour day shifts from 7 : 00 AM to 7 : 30 PM with every other weekend required Scrubs are provided Role involves regular interaction with diverse patient populations across emergency, inpatient, outpatient, and surgical settings Orientation provided every other Thursday, with non-billable modules to be completed prior to start Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at this health system in the past 2 years are not eligible Not eligible if currently employed at any Vandalia Health System facility in a permanent or PRN capacity Team utilizes PACS and Medtronic O-arm systems, and experience with PACS is preferred Holiday and weekend coverage may be required Scrubs are provided at no charge Requirements Minimum 2 years of radiology technologist experience required Experience operating portable X-ray machines and C-arms is required West Virginia or compact state license required; pending license acceptable if applicable Must have a clean license with no prior suspensions; probations considered on a case-by-case basis Minimum of 2 manager or charge references from the past 2 years required Must reside more than 100 miles from the facility; candidates between 75 and 100 miles considered on a case-by-case basis Flu vaccination required unless medical exemption is documented by a physician License required if applicable Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-619560.
