WHAT'S REQUIRED?

• Experience as a lead installer
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

As a Lead HVAC Installer, your day-to-day responsibilities revolve around interacting with clients and installing heating and cooling systems. You work with your team to successfully pull off every project while training less experienced crew members in the best HVAC installation practices. Attentively, you make sure the client is happy and their expectations are met before packing up and heading to the next job.
