As a Senior Infor GHR & Payroll Consultant, you will leverage your extensive knowledge of Infor GHR and Payroll systems to guide organizations through the complexities of human resource management and payroll processing. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring seamless integrations, optimizing functions, and enhancing the overall employee experience for our clients. Responsibilities

• Lead / execute end‑to‑end payroll cycles in Infor HR Payroll / Lawson (calculate, audit, post, and close).
• Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Infor GHR and Payroll systems for clients.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client needs and develop customized strategies to streamline HR and payroll processes.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices in HCM, payroll processing, and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Oversee system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and deliver training programs to equip clients’ HR teams with the necessary skills for effective system usage.
• Maintain project documentation, including specifications, progress reports, and compliance-related materials.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, advancements, and product updates to provide clients with the most current solutions and recommendations.
