Role Description

The Store Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role in Midland, TX, responsible for overseeing daily store operations and ensuring efficient management of resources. Key responsibilities include managing retail operations, inventory control, profit and loss (P&L) oversight, and customer service initiatives. The role also requires employee management and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures to maintain a productive and customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Retail Operations and Operations Management
• Strong skills in P&L Management and Inventory Control
• Exceptional Customer Service abilities to deliver a great customer experience
• Leadership and organizational skills to manage and guide a team effectively
• Experience in the agriculture or construction equipment industry is a plus
• Solid understanding of business management and operational best practices
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Management, Operations, or a related field is preferred
