What You'll Do

1. Clean and sanitize restrooms, lobbies, offices, and common areas according to established standards.
2. Respond promptly to property manager and tenant requests using our work order system.
3. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors as needed.
4. Empty and replace trash and recycling in interior and exterior areas.
5. Clean glass, windows, and mirrors for a spotless finish.
6. Perform regular walk-throughs to identify maintenance or safety concerns.
7. Replenish restroom and common area supplies.
8. Assist with light maintenance tasks (changing light bulbs, tightening fixtures, etc.).
9. Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor scrubbers, and power washers safely and efficiently.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• At least 1 year of janitorial or custodial experience (commercial environment preferred).
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and commercial cleaning equipment.
• Ability to use basic technology, including smartphones and computers.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
