Core Role Responsibilities

• Perform pre-installation and post-installation inspections
• Anticipate roadblocks that could impact customer expectations; job costs and / or code performance, and recommend solutions
• Coordinate return visits; convey needed services, materials, and labor to relevant stakeholders
• Collaborate with relevant post-close stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of daily activities
• Fulfill service appointment specifications
• Maintain company assets in excellent working order
• Maintain a substantive knowledge of our products, install techniques, and construction
