ProSidian Seeks a Sports Change, Growth & Transition Keynote / Guest Speaker | Sports And Athletics [ESC1V195] for Speakers Bureau (Keynote / Guest Speaker) on an Exempt 1099 Contract : No Overtime Pay Basis Contract Contingent, generally located across the CONUS - Texas (Remote W / Travel or Virtual). Across The South Central Region supporting an education-centered state organization that targets outcomes via leadership, instruction, training, and diverse, transparent, partnership-driven procurement practices.
We seek Sports Change, Growth & Transition Speakers Bureau (Keynote / Guest) Speaker candidates with relevant Education and Academia Sector Experience to support professional services engagements for Education and Academia Sector Clients such as ESC1. This is a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Sports And Athletics Professional – Speakers Bureau (Keynote / Guest Speaker) position; ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time W-2 position.
Job Overview – Provide services and support as a Sports Change, Growth & Transition Keynote / Guest Speaker in the Education and Academia Industry focusing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as Texas Education Agency (TEA) and Region One Education Service Center (ESC1), generally located in CONUS - Texas (Remote W / Travel or Virtual) and across the South Central Region.
Responsibilities
Qualifications
Education / Experience – Background in kinesiology, coaching, psychology, or lived experience. Former athletes, coaches, or sports psychologists are desirable. Current or previous roles aligned with Sports & Athletics activities that drive qualifications as a Sports Change, Growth & Transition Keynote Speaker.
Skills & Competencies – Focus on professional and management development training, vulnerability guidance, and mental resilience coaching. Demonstrated empathy, narrative clarity, and leadership coaching.
Ancillary Details – Often engaged by sports teams, schools, or health organizations; good synergy with mental health or performance events. Helpful for student-athletes, pros retiring, or recovering from injury.
