The environment can be emotionally intense and physically demanding , with patients who may display aggressive or unpredictable behavior. Nurses must be confident in crisis intervention, de-escalation techniques, and maintaining safety for both patients and staff. If you are not prepared to work in a challenging, high-energy environment supporting adolescents with behavioral and emotional struggles, this is not the right assignment. Layering allowed with visible scrub top.
