Fabric R&D Assistant

We're seeking a Fabric R&D Assistant to join our Men's Fabric R&D team. Join us!

Responsibilities :

• Maintain and update all Fabric R&D charts & PLM (Centric and Airtable) with fabric detail information
• Manage all PO / Invoice issuing / receiving in PLM and Coupa, including processing all New Vendor Registration and Change Requests
• Support Fabric R&D Manager in requesting all fabric documents (FDS / FSS) from overseas mills to ensure all developments are in accordance with Theory’s Global Fabric Manual / Standards.
• Own and maintain seasonal liability chart with all overseas / domestic mills and partners to track fabric ownership and availability
• Support Fabric R&D Manager in Lab Dip Process from initial development to pre-production
• Assist Fabric R&D Manager in communicating allocation and shipment of all seasonal tailoring, proto, and SMS yardage to overseas and domestic partners
• Request and organize all sustainability and traceability documentation from mill partners during development cycle
• Assist in maintaining / creating physical assets : Seasonal boards, Fabric Cards, Fabric Rails, Merch Books, etc.
• Manage package shipments and receivals for fabric development process
• File, Organize and Manage fabric / color archive and seasonal selection organization via pricing, filing, and general upkeep
• Conduct midtown sourcing and supplier runs when necessary

Minimum Skills & Qualifications

Salary range : $24.00 / hr-25.00 / hr
