Job Summary :

As a Critical Care Registered Nurse, you will provide essential nursing care to patients with complex needs, following established policies and protocols of the healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Gather comprehensive patient data from various sources including patients, families, and healthcare providers to form a thorough understanding of care needs.
• Analyze assessments to identify relevant diagnoses and conditions impacting patient care.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team to determine optimal outcomes.
• Create care plans outlining strategies to achieve desired outcomes, employing clinical judgment and collaborating with the care team.
• Implement care plans effectively, promoting a safe and supportive environment.
• Assess and evaluate progress towards goals and outcomes, adjusting plans as necessary.
• Contribute to nursing practice quality by continuously evaluating and improving your own practices.
• Maintain effective communication and collaboration across all areas of patient care.
• Incorporate evidence-based practices into patient care to meet diverse clinical needs.
• Remain alert and attentive to ensure safe and effective patient care.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
