Inpatient Therapy Manager
The Inpatient Therapy Manager spends most of their time managing a team of supervisors for occupational and physical therapy. They are responsible for hiring decisions, promotions, staff development, and performance of the inpatient physical and occupational therapy at the Jefferson Moss-Magee Rehabilitation Elkins Park location. The Elkins Park location has 4 adult inpatient units, a total of 130 beds and an average daily census of about 86. The manager oversees day-to-day operations of therapy teams who are assigned by service line.
Essential Functions :
Job Description :
OT : Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
PT : Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
AND
Experience :
6 years of clinical experience with supervisory experience required.
OT : Valid state license in Occupational Therapy. Valid certification from the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) is required.
PT : Valid state license in Physical Therapy.
BLS, CPR certification required via AHA.
