Sr. Business Analyst

Adecco is currently assisting a client in their search to fill Sr. Business Analyst positions located in Remote or Minneapolis MN. The resource will focus on requirements gathering, financial data mapping, cost analysis, and quality assurance for reporting initiatives tied to Behavioral Health clients.

Key responsibilities include :

• Collaborate with internal customers, Operational SMEs, Finance and BI developers to ensure accurate interpretation of financial and operational requirements for Behavioral Health reporting.
• Design, implement, and document financial reporting solutions that meet business needs and regulatory standards.
• Perform data mapping and reconciliation for Behavioral Health financial datasets.
• Conduct onshore financial data analysis to validate accuracy and integrity prior to ingestion.
• Coordinate ingestion with data engineering teams and validate post-ingestion datasets.
• Partner with BI developers to ensure dashboards reflect Behavioral Health financial KPIs.
• Execute quality assurance testing on dashboards and reports before client review.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing.
