Overview

Regional Van Truckload truck driver – home weekly. Average pay : $915-$1,120 weekly. Home time : Weekly. Experience : All CDL holders.

Responsibilities

  • Drive within the Eastern 37 states.
  • Operate with predictable power lanes and high freight volume.
  • Dispatched in advance to improve planning.
  • Handle 95% no-touch, mostly drop-and-hook freight.

Pay and bonus potential

  • Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty (not driving).
  • Weekly performance pay.
  • $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in the first year for experienced drivers.
  • $2,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in the first year for inexperienced drivers.
  • Mileage incentive : potential to receive a $0.02 / mile increase based on weekly miles and goals.
  • Paid orientation.
  • Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
  • Annual bonus : Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.

    • Qualifications

  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
  • Live within 85 miles of Louisville, KY.
