This hands-on role supports the Electrical Foreman by leading job site activities, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities :

• Act as the on-site technical expert for commercial electrical installations and repairs.
• Assist the Foreman in planning daily tasks and coordinating with other trades.
• Lead and mentor apprentices and junior electricians to build a strong, capable crew.
• Ensure all work complies with NEC, OSHA, and company safety standards.
• Monitor job progress, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high productivity.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and materials to ensure job readiness and efficiency.
