What You'll Do

  • Independently manage a book of business under $700,000 in commission income.
  • Partner with producers to develop and coordinate service plans for assigned accounts.
  • Prepare file setups, quotes, proposals, and renewal packages for groups between 2–100 lives.
  • Support client meetings, enrollment events, and benefit fairs.
  • Review applications, policies, and renewals to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain account files, track deadlines, and deliver timely responses to client inquiries.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams.
  • Stay current on industry trends, products, and compliance requirements.

  • Requirements

    What You'll Bring

  • 2–4 years of direct Employee Benefits Account Management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of plan designs, proposal procedures, and account servicing.
  • Experience with Fully Insured and Level-Funded plans.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and agency management systems.
  • Illinois Life, Sickness, Accident, and Health license.
  • High school diploma (or equivalent).
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Seniority level
