About the Role :

The Armed Security Officer at JARS Monroe, JM plays a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and property. This position involves vigilant monitoring of premises, responding promptly to incidents, and enforcing security protocols to prevent unauthorized access or activities. The officer will be responsible for conducting regular patrols, managing access control points, and collaborating with local law enforcement when necessary. The role demands a high level of professionalism, situational awareness, and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure. Minimum Qualifications :

• Valid armed security officer license or certification as required by local and national regulations.
• Completion of required firearms training and demonstrated proficiency in the use of firearms.
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in armed security or law enforcement preferred.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
