What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the strategy and execution of IT / OT infrastructure integration to support digital transformation across office and field environments.
• Oversee Tier 3 support operations and ensure secure, reliable core system up time and connectivity between IT and OT systems.
• Manage large-scale IT and OT projects—including infrastructure upgrades, system integrations, and automation initiatives—ensuring timely, budget-conscious delivery that meets quality and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure initiatives with business goals and safety standards.
• Drive innovation through emerging technologies such as AI, edge computing, and IIoT to enhance operational efficiency.
• Oversee financial planning and budgeting for IT / OT initiatives, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with strategic priorities.
• Support the development, testing, and maintenance of IT / OT Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans, ensuring operational resilience and regulatory compliance.

This role operates in a hybrid environment with a mix of office and industrial site engagement. Travel may be required to support integration efforts across locations.
