Foster a collaborative, solutions-focused environment where design excellence thrives. Develop and present thoughtful, compelling design concepts that align with each clients lifestyle and vision. Guide clients through the design journey with professionalism, creativity, and care. Oversee all phases of project executionfrom design development and documentation to procurement, scheduling, and installation. Ensure design intent is translated with precision across all technical drawings, materials, and furnishings. Source finishes, furnishings, and fixtures that reflect the projects aesthetic and meet quality and budget expectations. Coordinate with contractors, builders, and vendors to maintain design integrity throughout every phase. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, managing all client communications and updates. Lead meetings with clients, builders, and partners to ensure alignment and forward momentum. Provide a seamless, high-touch experience for clients and collaborators from concept to completion. Contribute to the success of the studio by taking on additional responsibilities as needed, in alignment with the direction of the Principal Designer. At least ten years of professional interior design experience - including at least three years experience leading luxury residential construction projects Strong knowledge of interior design concepts relating to residential construction Excellent customer service skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills
