What Youll Do :

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within a financial institution location.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and along the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and support a secure environment.

Monitor entrances, exits, and key areas to help to deter unauthorized entry and observe unusual activity.

Document observations and report security-related incidents according to site protocols.

Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and client staff to maintain a professional presence.

Support access control measures and visitor management procedures as outlined by site-specific guidelines.

Minimum Requirements :

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
