Assist customers with shipping and packaging servicesAssist customers with their needs in person, through email, and by phoneProcess customer sales through the point-of-sale systemUpsell, cross-sell, and actively participate in marketing and promotional initiativesOpen and close the center, which includes cash registers, computers, and other center systemsAssist management in maintaining, ordering, and stocking inventoryInteract with UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS couriers, other vendors, and all store staffSort and deposit mail in private mailboxesCapture, complete tasks, and organize Virtual MailMaintain the center consistent with established standardsJOB REQUIREMENTS, INCLUDING PHYSICAL AND SAFETY
A high school diploma or equivalentValid drivers licenseMust be able to stand behind a sales counter for extended periods of time (60+ minutes)Must be able to lift at least 50 poundsMust be able to communicate clearly with customers by email, telephone, and in personMust perform all duties in a safe and efficient mannerCOMPANY OVERVIEW
