Job description5+ years of hands-on experience as an automotive technician. Previous supervisory or team leadership experience in an auto service environment. ASE Certification(s) strongly preferred. Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. About the Role :
We are currently seeking an experienced Shop Foreman / Technician to oversee our busy Auto Service Department . In this key leadership role, you’ll manage daily workflow, mentor technicians, ensure repair quality, and help maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities :
- Supervise and support service technicians in diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance.
- Conduct quality control checks and verify proper repair procedures.
- Provide technical support and guidance to staff as needed.
- Communicate with Service Advisors regarding job status, estimates, and timelines.
- Monitor and enforce safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in training and development of technicians and apprentices.
