We are vertically integrated from the farm to the shelf and offer services above and beyond traditional manufacturing, becoming a trusted growth partner for leading brands. We are growing quickly, adding exciting new products, processes, and packaging capabilities. Thanks to this growth, we are looking to add a Quality Assurance Supervisor to our team.
Position Summary
The Quality Assurance Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all products manufactured at The Fresh Factory conform to food safety and quality specifications as well as overseeing quality system validation and verifications.
This position will involve overseeing all quality personnel for all locations, coordinating and executing all quality programs and initiatives, and being the main liaison between QA and Operations. This role reports to the Quality Assurance Manager. This is a first shift role and will be operating independently, a candidate with strong self-organization and task management is preferred.
