Vice President of Asphalt

Location : St. Louis, MO

Salary : $200k-$300k

Position Overview

The Vice President of Asphalt will lead the strategic direction and operational management of asphalt production and services. This role is essential in driving growth, enhancing efficiency in operations, and ensuring the highest standards of quality in asphalt products. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to oversee projects and meet customer demands effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for asphalt production and operations
• Oversee project management for asphalt-related projects from inception to completion
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all operations
• Lead and mentor teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
• Manage relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to enhance business growth
• Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to capitalize on opportunities in the asphalt sector
• Control budgets and optimize resource allocation for maximum efficiency
