Primary Care Physician - Family Medicine / Internal Medicine

Optum AZ is actively looking for a dedicated Primary Care Physician specializing in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine to provide outpatient care. In this role, you will be responsible for managing 18-22 patients daily, utilizing EPIC EMR with AI scribe support, while working closely with an exceptional team of medical assistants. Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities :

• Outpatient primary care : Manage 18-22 patients per day after ramping up
• Utilize EPIC EMR with AI Scribe support
• Work with a dedicated medical assistant team for support
• Onsite lab and pharmacy resources available for medication refills
• Protected administrative time to ensure a balanced workday
• Clinic hours : Monday to Friday, 7 am to 5 pm

The salary range for this role is $226,000 to $366,000 annually, based on full-time employment factors like local labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications.
