Description
Position Summary :
Assist physician conducting treatments and procedures. Demonstrates competence in ordered treatments including but not limited to vital signs, documentation, administering injections and monitoring patient for adverse reactions after injections, prepares patient for treatments and procedures, assists with minor dressing and wound care utilizing proper sterile / clean technique and infection control. Performs data collection in an ongoing and systematic manner, focusing on the physiological, psychological, and cognitive status of each patient assigned using assessment sheets. Reports findings to the RN.
What You Will Need
Education : Graduate of an accredited LPN nursing program is required.
