Office Location : Home Office (Wisconsin)

Type / Pay : Salary $48,000-50,0000 per year

Primary Objectives of Position :

Create, implement, and deliver training and on-site assistance to Child Support staff and supervisors. Training will occur throughout Wisconsin, as assigned. The majority of the work in this position focuses on Child Support and related programs.

Essential Job Functions :

• Develop and maintain Child Support curriculum and related programs.
• Deliver new and experienced worker training and on-site assistance to Child Support staff.
• Train Child Support policies, procedures, systems, and case management practices.
• Deliver training sessions on programmatic and interpersonal skills topics.
• Handle special projects and act as project lead per assignment.
• Attend and participate in department (DCF) meetings, workgroups and committees as needed.
• Locate and reserve training spaces around the state.

Other Job Duties : Travel throughout the State of Wisconsin. Other duties and special projects as needed to meet overall training team and company objectives.

Qualifications- Education and / or Experience :

Education : Bachelor's Degree preferred (or experience in Child Support, Workforce Development or Social Services areas).

Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience in Child Support, W-2, Income Maintenance or related program(s), and / or Children and Families arena. Experience in training a plus. Experience working with Child Support and W-2 Systems (CARES, CWW, ACCESS, KIDS). Experience with training development software (e.g. Captivate, Articulate Storyline) a plus.

Skills / Abilities :

Other : Solid follow-through and attention to detail. Flexibility and adaptability to change. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for required state-wide travel.
