We are hiring a Night Shift Property Manager / Accountant to oversee property operations, tenant communications, and accounting functions during off-hours. The role ensures that property portfolios remain operationally sound and financially accurate overnight.
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor property systems, maintenance alerts, and tenant inquiries during the night.
- Record rent payments, bank transactions, and prepare daily accounting reconciliations.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and day teams for follow-ups.
- Prepare summary reports and flag urgent operational issues.
