Job Summary

We are seeking a Director of Digital Media to lead the strategy, execution, and performance optimization across multiple social media channels. This role is responsible for growing audience, engagement, and brand awareness across platforms.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow the brand's presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube
Develop and schedule content calendars aligned with brand strategy and campaign timelines
Analyze performance metrics and platform trends to inform strategy and content adjustments
Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to produce engaging multimedia content
Monitor social conversations and respond to comments, messages, and brand mentions
Oversee platform-specific community management and engagement strategies
Manage paid social campaigns including targeting, budgeting, and reporting
Stay up to date on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices

Qualifications

Strong understanding of platform algorithms, analytics, and engagement strategies

Ability to interpret data and create performance reports

Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
