About the Role :

The Respiratory Therapist RRT PRN Days at Morgan Medical Center plays a critical role in delivering high-quality respiratory care to patients with acute and chronic respiratory conditions. This position involves assessing, treating, and monitoring patients to improve their respiratory function and overall health outcomes. The therapist collaborates closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Additionally, the role requires the use of specialized respiratory equipment and techniques to support patient breathing and recovery. Ultimately, the therapist ensures patient safety and comfort while promoting optimal respiratory health through evidence-based practices.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Current and valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential.
• State licensure to practice as a Respiratory Therapist.
• Minimum of an associate degree in Respiratory Therapy
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
