Job Summary

The basic function of the Pharmacy Office Assistant is to complete tasks and projects assigned by the administrative officers (Office Manager and Pharmacy Manager) to ensure efficient pharmacy operations, compliance, and organization. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.

Job Activities and Responsibilities : The responsibilities listed below are subject to change.

• Complete tasks assigned by the pharmacists.
• Update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
• Scanning, photocopying and filing documents.
• Prepare presentations according to instructions given.
• Conduct online research for various projects.
• Performs any other special duties assigned by the Pharmacist.
• Reconcile client payments.
• Make daily bank deposits.
• Office supply inventory management.
• Support equipment failures / issues
• Order supplies when necessary
• Collect daily mail
• Collect and file packing slips / invoices for quality assurance.
• Send invoices to Corporate Accounting
• Coordinates pharm-wide gatherings / events
• Submit all company expense receipts to SAP Concur
• Escort vendors around pharmacy
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
