Audience Development Manager
IDC is expanding its highly successful events business into the U.S. market, and we're looking for a strategic, data-driven Audience Development Manager to lead the charge. This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in B2B audience growth, list building, and event marketing especially within the IT executive landscape.
You'll be responsible for building and growing a qualified, opt-in audience database of IT decision-makers across top U.S. cities. Your work will directly support in-person and virtual custom events for clients and larger in-person regional CIO Summits in key cities as well as national virtual event webinars and programs. If you're passionate about data, digital engagement, building community and driving real business results through targeted outreach this is your role.
As IDC expands its U.S. event footprint, this role is pivotal in ensuring we meet (and exceed) sponsor expectations and deliver world-class events. This role can be located in an approved US based location working from a remote home office.

Salary range and additional compensation, including discretionary bonuses and incentive pay, are determined by a rigorous review process. This process considers the experience, education, certifications, and skills required for the specific role, equity with similarly situated employees, as well as employer-verified US region-specific market data provided by an independent 3rd party partner. The expected total annual compensation, depending on location and experience, is between $75,000-$100,000 USD and is inclusive of base salary and variable compensation.
