Job descriptionReports up to CNO 1 manager, 3 Clinical Nurse Coordinators (1 for endo, 1 for pre post, 1 for OR) ~70 total FTEs 4 ORs, 3 Endo Rooms Strong ortho program doing a lot of hips and knees, Mako Robot. General surgery – will launch DaVinci robot. Sports medicine physician – shoulders, small joints. Surgeon from sister facility is going to open a clinic to restart GYN in November. 7 cases on a light day, up to 26 on busy day. On call for weekends Director is over all areas of surgical services – OR, SPD, pre post, PACU, endo Great relationship with anesthesia

Min : $96,137
Midpoint : $124,966
Max : $153,816
17.5% Director Bonus
Sign-On & Relo Bonuses are negotiable
Ideal candidate experience :
- Surgical Services leadership experience required (Manager or Director experience)
- BSN required
